Collection of tables/ relations that stores database.

Front End:

Forms which is to be filled by the user is the front end.

Database


A database is a collection of information that is organized so that it can easily be accessed, managed, and updated. In one view, databases can be classified according to types of content: bibliographic, full-text, numeric, and images.

How database Come into Existence


Some years back people use many files and registers to store data. In Government and Private offices people use registers to store the records. It takes time to store these data. As well as it takes many place to store old government records and after that these records become useless. There were also many problems before database system as follow:

  • Loss of data and problem of destruction.
  • Need more space to store these data
  • Difficult to find records
  • Problems of managing these files
  • Difficult to transfer these files
  • Difficulty in making backups
